Obtained Master`s degree in environmental management and a Bachelor`s degree in biology at the University of Latvia. From 2016 to 2019 he worked as a deputy manager in scientific work at the Latvian Plant Protection Research Centre, preparing research project applications as well as managing and participating various scientific studies on plant protection. Since 2019 studies have been carried out in the Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies  Institute of Plant Protection Research “Agrihorts” on the development and implementation of precise technologies and biological plant protection products.
