Obtained a Bachelor 's and Master's degree in agriculture (working topic “Incidence and severity of winter wheat diseases in Latvia from 2002 to 2005”) at Latvia University of Life Sciences. Currently, the development of a Ph thesis on the theme “Leaf and fruit fungal diseases of Japanese quince (Chaenomeles japonica) and its causal agents” is continuing. Scientific assistant from 2015 to 2018 at the Latvian Plant Protection Research Centre, from 2019 - Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies Institute of Plant Protection Research “Agrihorts”.
