He holds a Master's degree in Biology from the University of Latvia,
specialization in plant physiology and biotechnology, then
continued doctoral studies in biology at Daugavpils University.
Extensive work experience in both scientific institutions (AREI Priekuli
Research Center, Daugavpils University, LVMI “Silava”, Latvia
University) working independently or on a specific project, both
working in the private sector in landscape bioengineering, landscaping and
areas for tree propagation. Joined the AAZI Agrihorts team in 2021.
